Trudy Poux is a comedian, actor, writer, director, music composer, and musician. They fell in love with acting through comedy improv as a member of Youth Ensemble Theater located in their home of Hudson Valley. They have trained at Second City, led Bard College's improv group, and participated in the PIT's 24 hour sketch challenge as a writer and actor. They believe the in the power of comedy improvisation as a tool for acting, devising theater, confidence building, and, of course, as a way to laugh.
