About the Event
It’s back and it’s BIG.
Our Big A$$ Yard Sale is your one-stop shop for community treasures and theatrical finds. We’re doing another clear out of our inventory of costumes, props, and set pieces, and opening the lawn to community sellers from across the Hudson Valley.
Whether you are hunting for vintage bargains or selling your own goods, this is a day for thrifting, treasure hunting, and connecting with neighbors, all while supporting The CENTER for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck.
You can expect:
Costumes, props, and set pieces from The CENTER’s extensive collection
A fabulous raffle table
Outdoor shopping on the Great Lawn of awesome items from community sellers
Adorable children selling lemonade

Prices for entries are:
1 for $2
3 for $5
10 for $10
25 for $20
How it works:
- Each “item” you add to your cart = one entry for that basket
- Select the basket you want, then change the quantity to reflect how many tickets you’re putting in
- Discounts apply automatically as you add more
- We’ll place your tickets in the jars at the sale, so you’ll have the same chance as anyone in person
Deadline for online entries is 2 PM tomorrow. Drawing is at 3 PM. Make sure you provide your phone number and you don’t need to be present to win, we’ll contact you if you do!
Reserve your big a$$ spot at The CENTER’s Big A$$ Yard Sale on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Each $20 spot is a substantial size on our Great Lawn, giving you plenty of room to sell your items. If we receive more reservations than expected, we will be in touch with exact dimensions, but for now it’s as big as you need it to be. Space only is provided. Sellers must bring their own display items like tables and blankets. Setup begins at 8:00 AM, sale runs 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Rain date is Sunday, September 14.
Seller Information
Want to turn your clutter into cash? Here is what you need to know:
Cost: $20 per spot (non-refundable)
What is provided: Space only. You must bring your own table, blanket, racks, or other display setup
Setup time: Sellers may arrive no earlier than 8:00 AM
Payment options: Consider making a sign with your Venmo, PayPal, or other cashless payment details for buyers if possible
What to bring:
Tables, blankets, racks, or other display equipment
Cash and change for transactions
Optional bags or boxes for customers
Weather-appropriate gear
What not to bring: No hazardous materials, illegal items, or anything prohibited for sale in New York State
