~Jaques, As You Like It
Driven by the wit and determination of one of the Bard's great characters, Rosalind, as she schools the brave and smitten Orlando on how to "cure" himself of his love for her, Shakespeare's As You Like It brings all of the brilliance of his storytelling power into one great play.
Court intrigue and an enchanted forest, the power of abiding friendship and the tragedy of betrayal, repentance and forgiveness, familial and romantic love, and some of Shakespeare's finest musings about the experience of being human, from the comic to the divine - all come together in this pastoral masterpiece.
Featuring Andrew Austin, Mary Benjamin, Alli Behnken, Maggie Bogan, Terrence Boyer, Michael Britt, Maurice Chinnery, Mark Colvson, Elizabeth Crew, Ellie DeMan, Molly Feibel, Laura Hennessy, Steavie Hergenrader Reed, Kyla Kelly, Maia LaSalvia, Caityln Letterii, Jeremy Ratel, Laurel Riley-Brown, Matthew Ryan, Lauren Silverman, Denis Silvestri, Zack Steenbergen and Wendy Urban-Mead.
