RHINEBECK — Count The Center for Performing Arts on state Route 308 among Tropical Storm Irene’s local victims.
Lou Trapani, artistic and managing director of the nonprofit arts-in-education organization, which stages plays and musicals regularly, detailed extensive water damage sustained when the facility’s basement flooded.
Most of the 4-1/2 feet of water had been pumped out by Wednesday afternoon, but the damage had been done, Trapani said.View complete article and video on Daily Freeman website »
