With music and lyrics by William Finn and book by William Finn and James Lapine, this Tony Award-winning musical is the tale of a confused man, Marvin, who seems blessed with the perfect family, a caring wife and young son. Nevertheless, the family is broken apart when Marvin leaves his family to live with another man, just as AIDS is beginning its insidious spread. A CENTERstage Production directed by Kevin Archambault with musical direction by James Fitzwilliam.
