The house staff will open the lobby to the public one hour prior to your show and all noisy activities need to be concluded by that time. The Center's House Manager will open the house 30 minutes prior your curtain and all preparations need to be concluded by that time. Contact the Center's House Manager immediatly if you need a hold, but our maximum hold is 10 minutes. When your group is at places please notify our House Manager who will then cue you to start by darkening the lobby. A short announcement will precede your show and you may add a one-sentence introduction to it. Latecomers to your show will be seated only at appropriate points. A 15 minute intermission is standard. Most productions are assigned seating, not general admission. That means that if your production requires any seats be held for actors, equipment, cameras, or any other reason then you need to tell Box Office Manager Eileen Contreni about it before tickets go on sale or the seats may soon be unavailable.
The main seating section seats 165 and aisle or floor seating is not allowed.
